Mark is a founding partner at the firm of Selzer Gurvitch Rabin Wertheimer Polott & Obecny, P.C. His practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions (commercial property matters and general corporate representation). The 15 lawyer firm serves as a boutique for individual and corporate representation for successful entrepreneurs and their companies providing legal / tax advice and project work as and when required.

Mark attended Boston University, graduating Cum Laude in 1973, and received his Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law in 1977. He is admitted to the Bars in Maryland and in the District of Columbia and carries an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Mark has served on many nonprofit boards in executive capacities and is currently an officer and member of the Board of Directors with the Jewish Foundation for Group Home. In so serving, he has provided legal and business counsel to such organizations.
